Wynn Macau, Limited (1128) has announced the launch of a one-time “Wynn Macau 20th Anniversary Share Award”, under which eligible team members of Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace will be granted shares in Wynn Macau, Limited. Through this initiative, Wynn aims to extend appreciation to team members for their outstanding contributions over the years and share the company’s success. Nearly 95% of the company’s current full-time workforce of 11,660 will benefit from this initiative, reflecting Wynn’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding talent while encouraging team members to grow alongside the company and create long-term value together.
Ms. Linda Chen, President, Vice Chairman, and Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited, stated in her speech at the anniversary event that Wynn Macau’s achievements over the past two decades would not have been possible without the Central Government’s support for Macao through its various policies and the strong support of the Macao SAR Government. She also expressed her deep gratitude to the Wynn Macau team members and their families for working side by side with her over the past 20 years to drive the company’s continuous growth. She commended team members for being united by a shared sense of purpose and aspiration, dedicating themselves to showcasing Macao’s renowned hospitality and exceptional service to guests from around the world, while actively giving back to the community and continuing to contribute to Macao’s development and well-being.
More than 1,400 day-one team members have remained with the company since the opening of Wynn Macau in 2006. They gathered at the anniversary event to look back on the cherished journey of working alongside the company and Macao over the past two decades. Wynn Macau paid tribute to their 20 years of dedicated service, presenting each eligible day-one team member with a 20-year service certificate and a Wynn 20th Anniversary Share Award valued at MOP 50,000. Looking ahead, Wynn and its team members will continue to uphold the shared vision of “Two Decades of Shared Success, Committed to Partnership for a Sustainable Future”, further strengthening their commitment to Macao and working together for a brighter future.
