The Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau of Macau has announced that the gross gaming revenue in March reached 19.659 billion patacas, representing a year-on-year increase of 0.8%, while it slightly decreased by 0.4% compared to the previous month. This figure corresponds to 76% of the level seen before the pandemic in 2019.
For the first three months of this year, the cumulative gaming revenue grew by 0.6% year-on-year to 57.657 billion patacas, which is equivalent to 75.7% of the 2019 levels.
The Macau government estimated in the “2025 Fiscal Year Budget” that the gross gaming revenue for this fiscal year would be 240 billion patacas, which means that the average monthly revenue should reach 20 billion patacas.
